About Al Bell — Founder & Senior Consultant
With decades of experience guiding complex organizations through change, Al Bell brings a proprietary blend of executive business leadership and ministry-focused training to church revitalization.
Al holds a Graduate Certificate in Church Revitalization from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, along with an MBA in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He spent more than 20 years with Nissan North America in senior leadership roles and later served as CFO and financial leader within manufacturing organizations.
In recent years, Al has walked alongside pastors and lay leaders through seasons of transition and decline, helping assess congregational health, clarify identity, strengthen governance, and rebuild momentum. He offers steady, practical guidance to congregations of all sizes.
